ROCKLAND —
An unidentified 5-year old boy was taken by helicopter to New England Medical Center after falling 15 feet out of a tree Saturday afternoon.
Lt. Craig Erickson said the boy had suffered serious injuries. He was picked up near the water treatment plant on Hingham Street, which is near his home.
